Fresh from the visit of dual code rugby star, Kyle Eastmond, who took a training session on Thursday, Mancunians will look to get back to winning ways when they take on league leaders, Leyland Warriors at Hough End on Saturday.
Dual Code Rugby Star Kyle Eastmond is welcomed by Mancunians players.
Mancunians who recently recruited professional coaches, Paul Ashton and Emerson Jackman to oversee their performance, have won 2 out of their last three games, lifting themselves into 9th place in the league table and are within sight of mid table if their excellent performance continues. A loss to newly formed Buxton last weekend is the only blot on their record over the last month, and only the second loss since the new coaches were recruited in late April.
“There’s no reason why we can’t continue to win, said Senior player, Dom Bolger. “After a poor run of form, We have belief in ourselves again and that is something that we haven’t had for a while.
Ash (Paul Ashton) and Emerson (Jackman) have brought some excellent principles with them from their professional coaching careers and we as a team, know exactly what we have to to to turn the so called big clubs over.
“Rugby league is a very simple game and if we do the simple things right, as Ash and Emerson have encouraged us to do, we can continue to win more games this season. ” Said Bolger.
Mancunians take on Leyland Warriors at The Hough End Centre Chorlton on Saturday, KO 14:30.
